Only the first shipment in the WordSmart series is refundable. This product is sent for a 30-day trial that begins when the product is delivered to the customer’s home. The product will be delivered within 7–10 days (maximum) of the order date. If the shipment is delayed, please contact Customer Service.
If you would like to return your initial WordSmart shipment for a full product refund, contact Customer Service. They will be happy to issue you a Return Authorization number.

* You get the WordSmart user progress report by loading any WordSmart Volume and logging in under the students name. Click on the “Progress” option at the bottom of the page, it is the icon that looks like a bar graph towards the left side. On this Progress screen select the “Time on Task” tab in the upper right. This screen will show all time spend by the student on all WordSmart volumes. Do a screen print of this page, or multiple pages if needed. To do this press the Alt + PrtScn key on your keyboard. Paste this screen print onto a word document and save.
